Permanent connector

Adds GigaRAG to ChatGPT for good. You sign in with your GigaRAG account and pick this workspace, and no key is involved.

Developer mode apps are created on the web and are limited to some paid plans.

    Turn on developer mode

    Open Settings, then Security and login, and switch on Developer mode. In a workspace an admin has to allow it first.

    Create an app

    Open chatgpt.com/plugins and click the plus button. Business and Enterprise workspaces use Settings, then Apps, then Create.

    Name it GigaRAG and paste this URL

    Sign in with your GigaRAG account

    Your browser opens GigaRAG. Pick the workspace to share and approve. No key is stored in the app, and the connection does not expire.

Quick connect

Paste this into a new chat. It carries a temporary key that stops working after 6 hours without use, so there is nothing to clean up afterwards. When it lapses, the chat tells you to come back here and copy a fresh one.

ChatGPT may warn that the link is not verified. That is expected, because nobody else has ever opened it, and you can allow it.

Open it with your browsing tool. I'll approve the link if asked.

It expires after 6 hours without use. If GigaRAG says it has expired, stop and tell me: "Key expired. Copy a new prompt from https://gigarag.com/connect/chatgpt". Don't retry with the old key.

If you can't open the page, say so. Once read, reply "Connected" and wait.

Check it worked

Send this once it is connected. An answer drawn from your workspace means the connection is live.
