Connect with the GigaRAG CLI
Grok Bot keeps its settings somewhere a command cannot safely rewrite, so the CLI prints exactly what to enter instead. Signing in still happens in your browser, and no key is written into any config file.
npm install -g gigarag gigarag login gigarag connect grok-bot
Paste what it prints, then restart Grok Bot afterwards. Nothing here expires, and gigarag connect --remove takes GigaRAG back out of everything it touched.
Quick connect
Paste this into a new chat. It carries a temporary key that stops working after 6 hours without use, so there is nothing to clean up afterwards. When it lapses, the chat tells you to come back here and copy a fresh one.
Grok Bot's docs do not cover adding a custom MCP server yet, only the plugins your Cursor team allows, so quick connect is the way in for now.
